The Nations’ Congress works globally, regionally and nationally in every country to promote and support human health, civil and human rights and liberties, peace and freedom to secure and preserve a war-free and conflict-free egalitarian and libertarian world with peaceful nations and happy civil societies living in good health, absolute freedom, peace, integrity, prosperity, solidarity and fraternity with fully-equal welfare, human rights and civil rights free from injustice, inequality, discrimination, prejudice, oppression, transgression, suppression and persecution.
Serving the vulnerable, underprivileged, neglected, deprived, unprovided, incapacitated and disregarded, and protecting and maintaining peoples’ rights against injustice, inequity, discrimination, prejudice, oppression and persecution, the Nations’ Congress [NC] demands justice and probity for victims whose rightful claims entail mutual substratum for solutions worked-out reciprocally in cooperation and co-action with the liable or responsible parties and holds them accountable within the international rule of law when necessary.
Statutorily set as the world nations’ voice and power, the NC fundamentally enfolds all common civil, democratic, humanitarian, cultural and environmental causes that the World’s nations mutually share with joint responsibility across the globe, and aids, supports, promotes and champions them equally with no exception or discrimination while also welcoming all national and international organizations and institutions of the same will power and commitment for collaboration on all fronts.
The NC is the greatest multilateral international organization, and the only organization that represents all nations of the world literally as a whole and above all non-governmental, governmental and intergovernmental world organizations.
With its statutory universal setting, in direct cooperation with the UN and EU, the NC will be taking the duty of ultimately dealing with ever-increasing human rights and civil rights violations and environment-related, social, socio-economical, cultural, health and welfare issues and matters as well as current global adversities and ordeals inflicted upon nations and their underprivileged and ethnic, racial, social, religious, cultural and gender communities or societies across the world. Also, in the NC’s unison of the world nations, the world’s current environmental matters related to environmental problems including climate change, global warming, land, air and water pollution, radioactive/nuclear threats, deforestation, desertification, biodiversity loss, agriculture, natural resource depletion, habitat destruction, soil degradation and environment-related public health issues will strictly be kept on agenda and dealt with through all the avenues of utmost commitment for radical solutions.
The NC’s work, functions and duties are carried out in two groups:
1. Operational work, functions and duties.
2. Procedural work, functions and duties.
OPERATIONAL WORK
Without involving the Congress’ voting procedures, the NC’s operational work includes straight functions and duties in which the NC :
- Supports, aids, promotes and maintains, globally and in every nation, citizens’ health, welfare, freedom, peace, prosperity, security and equality.
- Recognizes, supports, promotes, defends and claims the world nations’ fundamental civil, social, cultural and human rights they are unconditionally entitled to by the national and international rules of law.
- Brings all the nations of the world together in concord, solidarity and unity to improve and secure mutual fraternal relations among all nations with equal rights and integrity.
- Promotes and encourage international unity and collaboration in social, economic, cultural and environmental spheres.
WORKING WITH AND FOR THE UN AND EU: The NC, as an aiding arm, expects and accepts requests, appeals, calls or invitations from the UN and EU for its consideration, views and opinions, appraisements, considerations with a “Let us first see what the nations say.” Approach.
PROCEDURAL WORK
Directly involving the Congress’ voting procedures at various levels, the NC’s procedural work includes requested and/or submitted formal exchange or sharing of issues to be discussed bilaterally and voted on variably through the NC units accordingly.
Internal NC Submissions: Mostly made by explicit submitters from the public at NC At-Large (NCAL) or NC General Assembly (NCGA) levels, internal submissions containing motions or raw issues including queries, proposals, requests, appeals or claims, get in process almost routinely with unanimous consent, while getting listed in the NC Listing and registered and recorded in the NC Register as well as the submitter’s NC profile if applicable. Being made within the NC Community, starting at any of the NC units, internal NC submissions of requests, demands, claims, queries, complaints, etc, involving human-related or nature-related matters or issues, as discussed and voted on, handed to respondents that may be states, state governments or local governments or their agencies, units, departments or organizations; intergovernmental organizations including the UN, EU, AU, etc; public, social or private organizations or institutions; NGOs or civil society groups or organizations or communities; private or governmental companies, corporations, enterprises, etc.
External NC Submissions: External NC Submissions of national, regional or global public human-related or nature-related issues or matters, in forms of request, petition, appeal, demand, claim or consultation, come to the NC, to be discussed and voted on, from states, state governments or local governments or their agencies, units, departments or organizations; intergovernmental organizations including the UN, EU, etc; public, social or private organizations or institutions; NGOs or civil society groups or organizations or communities; private or governmental companies, corporations, enterprises, etc, in order to get the Nations’ views, opinions, adjudications or decisions having the respondents as one nation or community, or multiple nations or all nations.
MAIN ISSUES
- PEACE AND FREEDOM: Encouraging respect across nations for each other’s rights and freedoms, the NC maintains peace around the world as the world’s forefront peace-builder and peacekeeper and develops sincere, friendly and happy relations among nations with amity, with shared mutualism, goodwill, felicity, solidarity, fraternity and prosperity.
- DEMOCRACY: Promoting democracy globally, the NC urges the likes of the UN, EU and AU to get the nations’ wishes and their views and opinions on issues before they discuss them internally, thereby keeping the universal integrity and the means and values of democracy which, in turn, secures the future of the world. In its primary role in the development, progress and sustainability of the world democracy, the NC works for multilateralism and participatory democracy ensuring nations’ self-determination through their constitutions while monitoring governments’ and their institutions’ accountability, credibility, transparency and impartiality.
- CIVIL AND HUMAN RIGHTS: As global insecurity currently continues to rise as a result of the world’s political and social polarization, with declining civil and humanitarian rights, the NC supports and protects the vulnerable, discriminated, underprivileged, deprived, unprovided, disadvantaged and poverty-stricken indigent people, and carries the duty of making the responsible take the responsibility for their actions, liability and misdeed, and make the law work and justice restore prudently.
- FAMINE AND HUNGER: Acutely responding the emergency levels of famine and hunger, the NC helps all nations work in unison to maintain, sustain and improve the lives of the poor and eliminates famine and hunger. Working with humanitarian organizations, and advocating with and for communities, the NC develops global food programs and agricultural projects and works for prosperity, stability and sustainable development while ensuring equity and access in food, water and medicine for all.
- HEALTH: With and through the WAMS, the World Academy Of Medical Sciences, the NC works to provide the whole world with equally accessible and reachable universal healthcare as an essential of healthier and safer life for all and, for that, establishes a universal free public health system.
- WELFARE: Seeing all citizens of the world on the planet as entitled to the pursuit of peace, freedom, health and happiness, the NC improves nations’ lives and make the world a better place to live.
- ENVIRONMENT: Keeping the environmental issues on its agenda as fundamental global subject matters, the NC works towards protected nature, environment and biodiversity as well as complete sanitation, clean water, clean energy, etc.
- SCIENCE AND EDUCATION: Providing global frameworks and developing programs for the science at large, the NC supports, promotes and works for all fields and ranges of science in the interest of all the world nations. Also, fighting illiteracy around the globe, the NC provides all means and conditions for equal education systems globally and works for the development of all levels of education from pre-school to graduate and post-graduate university degrees and standards as well as across and through all scientific and academic gradations.
■ HUMANITARIAN ISSUES
With its most persevering agenda, the NC fosters and revives all available universal means and values that belong to nations, protects human dignity and ameliorates the tainted human rights norms and provides a more secure, peaceful, prosperous, happy, healthy and equitable world for all peoples on the planet.
The international community is unable to resolve today’s growing humanitarian crisis. Overwhelming humanitarian crises have been riddling the world while the collapsing global humanitarian system is becoming powerless against escalating humanitarian emergencies and immensely violated human rights. Despite their endless work and devoted efforts, in that regard, state governments and the UN and EU are limited in capacity in coming together to respond the catastrophe. The NC urges the UN and EU and all states to do their fair share, for the good of humanity, to participate in working on urgent solutions for every part of this global misfortune. In many nations, laws necessary to protect the discriminated, underprivileged, deprived, disadvantaged and poverty-stricken indigent people are either not in place or only minimally enforced; while this directly or indirectly generates injustice, open prejudice, mistreatment or oppression, the victim has no place to go for a remedy. The NC carries the duty of making the responsible take the responsibility for their actions, liability and misdeed, and make the rule of law work.
■ SOCIAL, ECONOMIC AND CIVIL ISSUES
The NC urges the UN and EU to get the Nations’ wishes and their views and opinions on issues before they discuss them internally. That saves the universal integrity which, in turn, saves the future of the World.
In this world of damaged universal values with rising populism, social divisions and imbalanced globalism, the international community must take unified action to get the fellow nations of the world continue to share the common goals, ideals, expectations, hopes, prospects and destinies in the wake of the colossal social division and fragmentation they find themselves domestically and globally as fateful instruments of interstate rivalry being used for their leaders’ political passions and obsessions. The NC holds a weighty main agenda for the world’s alarming social and civil issues. As ethnic, social, racial, economic and religious and gender inequity across the world presently goes on with a dramatic rise, the NC mobilizes, with its firm commitment and dedication, the world’s nations’ all available universal social and civil means and values in order to provide a truly believable social and civil world equity with genuine solidarity and prosperity in modern standards of living.
■ SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT
In sustaining the universal interest of a happy and healthy World Society, the NC upholds and respects international law and rules, and expects all states to do the same which is essential to maintaining the integrity of the world which has been being riddled with wars, poverty, famine , geopolitical crises and environmental disasters. Working with an effective and dynamic Sustainable Development plan, the NC aims to balance and fulfill the needs of world economy, prosperity, integrity, health, security and environment.
The currently worked-on global Sustainable Development Goals whose aim basically enfolds peace, prosperity and integrity for people and the planet, are crucially important to build the world’s missing full set of peace, prosperity, integrity and security enabling us to preserve the planet, protect human dignity and provide equal opportunities for all the nations of the world to live a healthy and happily flourishing prosperous life. The United Nations’ “Sustainable Development Goals for the year 2030“, addresses the global challenges mainly including poverty, climate change, biodiversity loss, and the threatened world peace. The effortless unfulfilled connections between the environmental, social and economic aspects, however, makes those ambitious goals unlikely to be met by 2030. In its own task, with its dedicated work, full support and cooperation in sustainable development goals, the NC aims at securing a life for nature and nations in universal harmony and equality where we see good global health and well-being with no poverty or hunger; economic, social, and environmental progress; preserved peace and justice with no inequalities; improved equal education, equal work potentialities and gender equality; clean water and sanitation and affordable clean energy; economic growth, thriving industry, innovation and infrastructure; development of sustainable cities and communities with strong civil institutions; climate and nature consciousness and awareness; and inter-state partnerships and inter-sector synergies in industry and trade.
■ CLIMATE, NATURE AND ENVIRONMENT
The world’s current climate crisis has been extending beyond climate-vulnerable regions with its escalating impacts of the continuing climate change and biodiversity loss leaving irreversible destruction on our planet.
The health and prosperity of our planet depends on absolute ecological integrity which, in turn, provides us with a full planetary integrity which needs to be supported and maintained through long-term sustainability. The current biodiversity loss and the depletions in our planet’s ecosystem is threatening our global integrity. The NC supports and urges the world states and UN, EU and AU as well as national and international NGOs to take immediate measures to de-accelerate the crisis and radically do the necessary to overcome all of the related adversities and disasters. Having sustainable development and protection of the environment as fundamental issues of on its agenda while helping developing countries reach their climate goals, the NC works towards protected nature, environment and biodiversity, complete sanitation, clean water and clean energy.
■ GLOBAL HEALTH ISSUES
While aiming at providing the whole world with equally accessible and reachable universal healthcare as an essential of healthier and safer life for all, the NC and WAMS emphasize that the health, welfare and survival of all citizens of the world is totally relied upon the unity, support and embracement of the international community, and declare that every underprivileged citizen of the planet affected by healthcare inequity or injustice and every patient deprived of healthcare anywhere in the world must be made entitled to immediate full access to every element of basic health services. While ensuring that that entitlement and its practice is conformed with universally as a basic human right, the NC and the WAMS, the World Academy Of Medical Sciences hold any related misconduct, abuse or violation, or any failure of conformity accountable and react accordingly.
Our planet is facing a multitude of tragic health issues in deprived and marginalized populations today; more than 5 billion people, the two thirds of the world population, do not receive the healthcare they need; around 10 million people, 4 million of them children, die every year from treatable diseases, hunger or hunger-related causes; around 2 billion people, mostly children, are severely undernourished and/or ill; tens of millions of people are currently on the brink of death suffering from infectious diseases or being affected by wars, food, medicine and water insecurity and inequality and nuclear threats, climate change, etc.
Undertaking all duties related to the NC’s global health issues as its parent institution, the WAMS represents, supports and promotes universal medicine while providing and developing the best conditions for universal healthcare putting all its means and efforts professionally, scientifically and academically in:
– Making universal medicine and global healthcare accessible to every citizen of the world and fighting health inequities, eliminating barriers of inequality and marginalization in nations’ health systems across the world.
– Making health emergencies possible in every part of the world through surveillance, monitoring, management and action.
– Making access to essential medicines unconditionally possible for all.
– Ensuring national and international disease protection and management.
– Providing ideal sanitation and hygiene conditions for all.
– Developing a free Universal Healthcare system (The NC Healthcare Network) where the vulnerable deprived, underprivileged, unprovided, discriminated and disadvantaged will nationally and internationally be provided with free primary and preventive healthcare including full medical treatment and surgery services and facilities.
■ INTERNATIONAL PEACE, SECURITY AND STABILITY
The NC constructs social, cultural and economic bond and promotes tolerance between all nations and supports human liberties, social, cultural and economic development, peace, and the international rule of law.
As the painted likeness of a long wished-for genuinely-universal “world peace” is seemingly defined and imposed by the dominant partners of global power and expected to be lived by the rest of the world, the true world peace is yet to be taking its place struggling through the diversified and contentious players of the collapsing humanitarian system, the alarmingly escalating geopolitical tensions and the ominously accumulating inter-state crises.
It is the world nations’ incontestable communal and transmutual duty to reshape and reform the world to make it a peaceful, secure, happy, healthy and free planet of dignity, integrity, equality and prosperity.
GLOBAL FREEDOM, PEACE AND SECURITY With their power, resolution and self-preservation, and with the help of the International Community, the World Nations now maintain and secure their freedom, peace, equality, justice and safety they have long been deprived of and live on a peaceful, just and healthy planet where everybody is content, equal, safe and happy in liberty and fraternity. This base of integrity has now been fully ensured by all available universal means with the Nations’ Congress, the nations’ own self, which takes its part of duty in bringing all that long-missed collective ideality into reality without obstacles.
In maintaining the world peace and security, the frustrated UN and EU are alone and desperate, and so are the states while NGOs are commonly powerless and ineffectual in the same regard. Now, with the NC, today’s all global challenges and crises will be dealt with comprehensively, scrutinously and successfully. As the protector and preserver of international peace and security, the NC secures human dignity and integrity, establishes peace, prevents conflicts, making the responsible and accountable show compromise and provides every people everywhere in the world with means and conditions for freedom, peace, health, equality, fraternity, solidarity and prosperity. While the world nations need a sustainable and peaceful planet where all people treat each other with respect and dignity, no sustainability or prosperity will be achieved without peace for which the international community must act truly and seriously in unity.
■ GEOPOLITICAL ISSUES
Today’s rising geopolitical tensions across the world alarmingly affect the world’s protective multilateral inter-governmental system leading to continuous geopolitical fragmentation between states which are perseveringly resistant to coming together to respond the situation. The NC, as the the nations’ voice and international intermediary power, is committed to build a nations-based interstate setting to solve the tensions and prevent further conflicts in that regard inducing compromise and establishing a universal platform for sustainable peace.
■ DIPLOMATIC ISSUES
The cascading impacts of the escalating divisions in international diplomacy and cooperation along with the rising geopolitical tensions taint international peace and security alarmingly. The NC Ambassadors to the world states and State Ambassadors to the NC, who make up the basis of the NC’s global diplomacy front, will interchangeably be sharing the superlative duty of solving the issues and problems with the support of the set of secured genuine interstate relations across the NC-fostered global multilateral system.
■ POLITICAL ISSUES
Totally politics-free in itself, the Nations’ Congress cultivates minimally-politicized nations in its network structure towards building rather self-civil-oriented societies in truly-democratic peaceful humanitarian molds with no politically-motivated disconformities, inequalities or discrepancies.
While diplomatic, like the UN and EU, the NC, unlike the UN and EU, has no political functions, duties or agendas of any kind at any extent or level. When required or necessary, however, it technically intervenes in:
- Politically motivated global, regional and national issues of the Nations’ interests,
2. Issues of the Nations’ interests with political consequences,
3. Issues of the Nations’ interests complicated by political factors or elements,
4. Issues of the Nations’ interests made involved in political issues, matters or affairs.
Trade Unions and Labor Power: Rightful labor movements with solidarity actions during major labor disputes frequently lead to union violence which can go as far as labor riots or industrial or even civil unrest especially in industrial nations that already have long violent and bloody labor history. When typically characterized by strong labor militancy, labor movements far too often cause trade unionists to get victimized by repressive governments which also stoke up anti-union movements to equilibrate.
While unreservedly respecting trade unions’ endeavors to universally defend, keep and advance labor, trade union and human rights, the NC globally encourages all labor and trade unions, federations, confederations and groups to minimize or even totally leave their excessive and aggressive street acts and movements. As one of the most important main issues on its agenda, the NC encourages absolute Global Street Peace with total global elimination of harsh open civil movements and street acts and officially deals with their demands, claims and requests for them in formal bureaucratic ways radically resolving their issues and solving teir problems at their sources by using its correlative means, resources, authority and power upon its related tasks and responsibilities.
■ ORGANIZATIONS AND INDUSTRIES UNDER THE NC’s GLOBAL ROOF
The world’s incapability in coming together to respond current global humanitarian crises is practically the result of the non-alignment, disharmony and disunity in today’s dysfunctional global system which is failing to fully manage global peacebuilding and becoming powerless to protect humanity and incompetent to maintain human dignity, prosperity and security.
As a colossal universal NC platform of blending and amalgamating organizational, industrial, corporate, scientific and institutional groups (NC Groups) [see NC Groups], an essential part of the NC, all governmental, inter-governmental and non-governmental international organizations, institutions, universities, colleges and educational and scientific institutions, global religious communities and groups, international corporate groups and enterprises, international industrial and non-industrial corporations, national and international community and charity groups and social groups, etc, have an important crucial role in defining and determining the forms, characters, identities and circumstances of particular and specific global challenges and humanitarian crises which so far has not been effectively dealt with by the international community or by the global system; they discuss situations, conditions, causes, reasons and consequences sharing and exchanging data, information, views and opinions and work in cooperation and alignment towards collaboration, solutions and remedies. They also have the means, convenience, occasions and scopes and opportunities to mutually submit, talk, discuss and solve their own matters and issues with exchange of ideas, views and information. In order to have all the NC Groups, in that regard, work, function and act integrally, in harmony, dynamism and unison and also effectively, which is critically fundamental for the NC’s endeavorment, the NC provides its universal roof for them all plenarily and unstintedly.
■ THE NC-UN-EU UNISON WITH STATES
In maintaining the world peace and security, the UN and EU are desperate, and so are the world states while, in the same regard, many nations are dissatisfied with their governments, and NGOs are commonly powerless and ineffectual. Now, with the NC, today’s all global challenges and crises will be dealt with comprehensively, scrupulously and successfully.
In one of its main tasks, the NC unites with the UN, EU and states with its crucial necessity as a buttressing, synergizing and supporting fellow organization that complements, amplifies, improves, enhances, bolsters and nurtures their work and activities and substantially shares their tasks and workload mutually in general terms filling the gaps in their global missions. While not competing with them or interfering with their functions or duties, the NC checks, observes and controls the functions, duties and activities of the UN and EU and other similar major international organizations like the African Union (AU) and all states in order to secure their devotion, faith, benevolence and goodwill to their nations and make sure that they also see to nations’ views, opinions, preferences, calls, demands, claims and needs with respect and dignity. That, in this NC-UN–EU unison, is the non-debatable basis of a true global integrity and equity that is only possible with this multilateral alliance of mutual inclusivity, dependence and cohesion based on loyalty, sincerity and deference without which the world will be seeing no real peace, freedom, impartiality or prosperity. In its part of this unison, the NC will be supporting and aiding the UN and EU and states verifying and promoting their work in its capacity and while also overseeing, observing, and reviewing their work, demeanor and performance with counter-control and counterbalance.
■ EMBRACNG ALL NATIONS
There is no intergovernmental organization in the world today that represents all nations of the world in any regard. Attending the UN’s General Assemblies or European Parliament sessions and talk there on behalf of their countries without knowing what their nations say, does not make UN delegates or EP members their countries’ true representatives. While representing all nations of the world by itself, the NC also takes the duty of enabling them to become their nations true representatives at the UN and as well.
■ SETTING THE UNIVERSAL HUMANITARIAN SYSTEM
The NC will openheartedly be working in cooperation and unity with major international intergovernmental organizations primarily including the UN, EU and AU and with all state governments across the world and also in cooperation with national and international non-governmental organizations, institutions, systems, groups and professional and civic communities whose work, functions, duties and activities involve human-rights, civil-rights and environmental, social, socio-economic, public, civic and cultural issues.
■ GOVERNMENTAL RELATIONS
While keeping its mutual collaborations with governments for international peace and security and for the good of mankind, the NC does not engage in any direct deals, agreements or contracts with governments via their states’ NC membership (NC State Membership) or externally per the point that any such pattern of relations would unintendedly ascribe the status of nations’ NC representation to governments while the NC’s rules in that regard allow state representation at the NC to be performed only by state-appointed official state ambassadors (State Ambassadors to the NC) who are, per se, not primarily their nations’ representatives.
■ THE NATIONS’ CONGRESS’s GLOBAL SYSTEM
As the world’s fast-growing trans-state structure of interconnected and interdepended economic, commercial, political and legal systems, as well as business enterprises and organizations gets carried away with harsh patterns of decision-making, monitoring, adjudication, implementation policymaking and goal-setting in managing the world issues turning the planet’s intended multilateralism into a combat of globalization with excessive power shifts, complexity and inequality, the NC encompassingly facilitates all nations’ interactions and restores peoples’ long-lost coalescence beyond borders in order to remake the world with an ensured truly-balanced, uniform and dignified “Global System”.
■ On this planet, no one should die from deprivation, hunger or treatable diseases, neither should they innocently perish in wars, persecution or atrocity; if they do, then we all are guilty. M. M. Karindas
■ IMPROVING NATIONS’ HEALTH AND LIVING CONDITIONS AND STANDARDS
Through its parent institution, the WAMS, the World Academy of Medical Sciences, the NC develops and promotes full optimum healthcare standards and best living conditions for every citizen of the world. The warmhearted NC, with its foundation of sincere, friendly and happy relations among nations with amity, shared mutualism, goodwill, cheer, compassion and prosperity, is an unequivocal and ingenuous organization building a sustainable and peaceful planet with universal integrity where all people treat each other with respect and dignity into a bright prosperous future for all.
■ ENSURING UNIVERSAL EQUILIBRIUM
Ensuring universal transparency, public accountability and maintaining the moral and ethical values for world peace, democracy, justice, freedom, welfare and environment within and among all nations of the world, the NC brings the world community together to jointly work to provide and secure a truly ideal global state of living together in peace, unity, fraternity, integrity, solidarity and humanity.
■ SETTING THE UNISON THE WORLD NEEDS
So long as the universal presence of mind we need for tackling the world’s continuing series of conflicts and crises is not aligned with the World Nations’ collective eye and standpoint, all salutary hard work and praiseworthy efforts in there continue to be inconclusive and wind up hollow and vain. The NC now sets the crucially needed world unison to establish an abiding peace-building and crisis-solving equilibrium with world integrity, prosperity, justice and security.
■ RESTORING STREETS WORLDWIDE TO PEACE AND TRANQUILITY
No more excessive or exaggerative demonstrations on streets anywhere in the world; and no more aggressive or combative street acts or movements across the globe.
Street demonstrations, rallies, marches and riots are no way of having voices heard or demands met. Violated rights can not be taken back by violated order; they ought to be restored only by the power of peace, courtesy, respect and grace.
A peace that comes by street force can not be embraced as a heartily earned true peace. Peaceful civil street acts anywhere in the world are more than ten times more likely to generate expected results than violent ones.
In our civilized world, universal peace starts from peaceful streets where there should be no such a thing as so-called corrective street action. The NC rebuilds the world with streets of peace and quiet by putting an end to excessive and aggressive street acts and movements and clearing the streets off violent protests, boycotts, demonstrations, rallies, marches and riots. Protesting, rallying or marching in streets for any demand or claim, even for peace, is no peace and nothing for peace. Peace can not be brought about or provided through harsh open public acts or carried-away street movements and never by way of disrupted public order. Organizations, institutions, civil or social groups or persons no longer need to take streets to have their voice heard; the NC officially deals with their demands, claims and requests for them radically resolving their issues at their sources by using its correlative means, resources, authority and power upon its related tasks and responsibilities.
■ The NC does not campaign, rally, march, boycott or protest, neither does it support, defend or justify any peoples or groups’ such actions; it deals with issues and matters, for all, officially, directly and forthright, and solves them formally and pacifically at the source.
In its structural global network, the NC strictly forbids extreme street movements of any kind; any organizations, institutions, groups or persons who impose their demands via violent and rebellious street acts will globally be black-listed and banned by the NC and denied of any cooperation, alliance or collaboration with the NC or any of its parts or units or any of its allies or associates indefinitely.
One of the most important main issues the NC keeps on its agenda is absolute Global Street Peace with total global elimination of harsh open civil movements and street acts.
The NC does not directly or indirectly support, promote or sponsor local, national, regional or international street movements or campaigns of any kind including in particular:
- Civil disobedience and resistance movements of any kind
- Aggressive and/or provocative public or group assemblies
- Non-silent mass or community/group demonstrations
- Non-silent mass or community/group street protests
- Non-passive boycotts
- Non-silent mass or group sit-ins
- Aggressive and/or provocative mass or community/group rallies, marches
- Aggressive and/or provocative community/group strikes
- Election campaigns of any kind.
■ HELPING THE NATIONS IN NEED
Our planet is facing a multitude of tragic health issues in deprived and marginalized populations today.
Every single day around 1 billion people, most of them children, go to bed on an empty stomach; more than 5 billion people, the two thirds of the world population, do not receive the healthcare they need; around 10 million people, 4 million of them children, die every year from hunger and hunger-related causes; around 2 billion people, mostly children, are severely undernourished and/or ill; tens of millions of people are currently on the brink of death suffering from infectious diseases or being affected by wars, food, medicine and water insecurity and inequality and nuclear threats, climate change, etc.
Being left to their fate, vulnerable, unprotected, defenseless and divulged while they should rather live in peace, freedom, prosperity and good health, the nations-in-need get help from the Nations’ Congress which generates revenues for them while also fully mobilizing its own means and instruments as well as that of the world community practically.
■ THE WORLD BELONGS TO ITS PEOPLE
It is fundamental for the World to have the World Nations’ own views, voice and power as well as their warrant, opinions, sentiments and decisions on all nature- and mankind-related matters and issues that relates to them, and there can be no power across or against it as the World belongs to them.
■ THE WORLD’S NATIONS’ MANKIND POWER
The World’s nations’ unique mankind power that delivers social, civil and democratic self-balance and counterbalance together within.
■ MAKING THE INTERNATIONAL RULE OF LAW WORK FOR THE VICTIMS OF INEQUITY AND INJUSTICE
In many nations, laws necessary to protect the discriminated, underprivileged, deprived, disadvantaged and poverty-stricken indigent people are either not in place or only minimally enforced and, in most, not comprehensive at all; while this directly or indirectly generates injustice, open prejudice, mistreatment or oppression, the victim has no place to go for a remedy. The NC takes the duty of making the responsible take the responsibility for their actions, liability and misdeed, and make the law work and justice restore with immediate effect.
■ ELIMINATING RACISM ACROSS THE WORLD
The NC takes the duty of radically eliminating racism across the world by working one-to-one with all world states making them:
- Set related specific and proper laws and policies and practice them without bias or prejudice,
- Create national action plans applied comprehensively,
- Educate people accordingly and let them take part in action plans,
- Spare no tolerance to racist acts or activities and punish them unconditionally with no reservation.
■ SOLVING THE WORLD’S IMMIGRATION PROBLEMS
Today’s wars, interstate conflicts, political and ethnic persecutions, economic equalities, food insecurity and climate change have been making tens of millions of people leave their homes and countries in the hope of finding life and safety elsewhere. The consequences of global immigration crisis pose deep global impact leading to human tragedies that cause loss of lives, ruined families, social tensions and polarization and even threatened democracies. Securing and protecting migrants’ rights, the NC works to solve global immigration crisis within an internationally shared multifaceted and integrated work pattern eliminating the origins of main causes of immigration, preventing underlying factors, enforcing and fortifying interstate cooperation while promoting tangible coordination and dialogue between states, related NGOs, civil communities and private enterprise.
The NC in the GLOBAL SYSTEM
■ The NC clears the table off the world epidemics of unfair and unjust economic and political globalization games, in which many have been being persuaded to take part, and it sweeps out all world-dominating uneven and unequal elements of economic, social, legal, cultural, technological, scientific, commercial, political and industrial mechanics to rightly be replaced by the ones that are favored and embraced by the world at large. ■
The current internationalized formation of the globe, with its intrinsically interconnected and interdepended economic, social, cultural, legal, technological, scientific, commercial, political and industrial systems, as well as business enterprises and organizations, provides the planet with a fast-growing global governance of trans-state structure where some more-than-mutual cooperation in decision-making, policymaking, goal-setting, management of world issues, monitoring, adjudication and implementation forces the intended multilateralism into a combat of globalization with excessive power shifts, complexity and inequality. So long as the same care and concern is not given to the social, cultural, environmental and humanitarian fronts in the same global system with full political, diplomatic, economic, scientific, technological, industrial and ecological support, the whole world will remain doomed to a total instability. Towards that, the NC encompassingly facilitates all nations’ interactions and restores peoples’ long-lost coalescence beyond borders in order to remake the world with an ensured truly-balanced, uniform and dignified “Global System”.
A true global system should embrace every country and all the nations of the world unconditionally and include all of their, economic, social, cultural, legal, technological, scientific, commercial, political, industrial and ecological structures considering and including all their related aspects without exception. As its leading policymaking and rule-changing players’, however, do not often think so, changing and transforming its texture and characteristics for their own interests and putting negative effects on all fronts, its meaning and functionality gets damaged and it becomes harmful to the vulnerable.
NC’s ECONOMY, TRADE AND INDUSTRY POWER
While ever-growing industrial technological advancements today are substantially improving the lives of nations across the world, empowering economy and contributing to larger communal benefits globally, the traditionally-essential and indispensable commercial, industrial and technological collaboration between the private and public sectors alone is no longer adequative without working hand-in-hand with the world nations. Without nations’ participation and embracement in that collaboration, the betterment of society at large in global sense with higher public prosperity or welfare standards is no longer entirely possible. Today, in making the world science, technology, industry and commerce shape the future of the world for nations with promoting technologies, sharing and exchanging information, developing laws, rules and regulations, the obvious full-scale interwoven alignment with nations’ participation based upon their needs, views, perspectives, opinions and choices is absolute and essential.
